I'm not in love with my order, can I return it? What if there's a problem?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee if your product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship the product back at your own expense; once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on returned packages.

Please note: If your package is on its way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

I entered an incorrect address, what should I do?

If you have made a typo or entered an incorrect address, simply reply to the order confirmation email and confirm. Once you have double checked if the address provided is incorrect, please let us know by email at info@eli-xir.com . If the address provided is incorrect, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refunds will be given after 24 hours of submitting the incorrect address;
